Unlike demolition, deconstruction involves the careful dismantling of buildings piece by piece, avoiding damage by carefully extracting specific components and materials. While this can result in a lengthier process, it presents a number of benefits, such as the reduction of noise, dust, falling materials and waste.
Deconstruction may be chosen over demolition where buildings are in sensitive areas, or if they have been specifically designed for deconstruction, so parts can be reused or recycled.

STRIP OUTS
We undertake strip out and soft strip out services, covering everything from the removal of furniture, carpets and ceiling tiles to utilities and non-load bearing partitions. Soft strip involves taking out recyclable materials, such as timber, metal and plastics, before demolition or refurbishment.
We offer full or partial strip outs to suit every requirement and carry out structural surveys to assess any potential hazards before demolition or reconstruction works take place.
