ASBESTOS SURVEYS
An important initial step of demolition and deconstruction projects is to carry out reliable asbestos surveys. As specialist demolition contractors, we conduct detailed assessments for domestic, commercial and industrial requirements in accordance with HSE standards and guidance. The different types of asbestos surveys are:
Management Surveys – These are standard surveys which locate the presence and extent of suspect Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) within buildings. These often involve minor intrusive work, with the surveyor taking samples of any material believed to contain asbestos.
Management surveys cover routine and simple maintenance work. If your project requires more extensive services, such as disturbing the fabric of the building, a Refurbishment & Demolition Survey will be necessary.
