Our services
JSDR takes a building from occupied to cleared site. We survey it, strip it, remove any asbestos, demolish the structure, take up the slab and foundations, and clear the waste. One contractor covers every stage, so you deal with one programme and one point of contact.
We have worked in demolition and reclamation for over 50 years. Our base is in Beenham, Reading, and we work across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and the wider South East.
Demolition
Full and partial demolition of houses, commercial units and industrial buildings, by hand or machine. Our demolition services include pre-demolition surveys, strip outs, demolition of slabs and foundations, site clearance and waste disposal.
Strip outs
We strip buildings back to the shell ahead of demolition or refurbishment, removing fixtures, fittings, partitions, ceilings and redundant services. Read more about strip outs on our demolition services page.
Asbestos surveys and removal
Buildings built before 2000 can contain asbestos. We arrange surveys, remove asbestos-containing materials and dispose of them correctly. See asbestos removal.
Deconstruction
